About the Cause:

The Sophia Way is a place of hope and change for women by support them on their journey from homelessness to safe and stable living so that all women have a place to call home.

Serving Details:

Every year, you help us make the holidays special for women at The Sophia Way shelters. This year, we are continuing our efforts to have contactless donations to ensure your well-being and that of all donors, volunteers, staff, and guests. Please read about the opportunities to donate gifts and gift cards to make the holidays joyous as always for the ladies. 

Your donations will help us create gift bags for more than 150 women in all our programs and let them know they have a community that cares for them, especially in these difficult times.

New and unused items

  • Slipper socks (with anti-slip grip on the bottom)

  • Headphones (around a $10 value)

  • Adult coloring books

  • Colored pencils or crayons

Gift Cards in $25 denomination:

Two ways to donate:

  • Amazon Wish list (preferred method)

  • If you purchase from other retailers please drop them off at the donation center on Thursdays between 12 and 2pm. Address: 222 112th NE, Bellevue WA (The entrance is on the east side of the building facing the 405 freeway. The name on the entrance is “Zylstra Building”) We will be accepting donations until December 16th.  Please email megan.d@sophiaway.org so that they know to expect your donation drop off.
